David's career started as an Apprentice Mechanical Fitter (Building Services). After graduating from university in 1986, he taught in a Grammar School and a Mining Technical College in Western Australia. He then worked for Caterpillar on various mine sites as a field service technician, which subsequently led to further Technical Training positions in Indonesia and Africa.
David has a wealth of business experience: he was a transport company director in Australia, and since returning to the UK in 2001, he has served as a building services company director, with project management contracts in the UK, India, UAE and Egypt. He took a year off in 2010 to undertake electrical and solar energy studies. He is also a keen PADI Dive Instructor.
He is a co-founding director of Provectus International Ltd, and brings to the company business acumen, sound commercial knowledge, and solid technical know-how to develop our environmentally friendly engineering concepts into functional prototypes.
