Water Treatment Technology
The same mechanism that keeps running water clean in nature is now being engineered for direct application wherever water is stored, not flowing, and is most vulnerable to algae and bacterial contamination. Our current research applies this bio-mimetic process across: human drinking and recreational waters, hydroponics and agriculture, bulk water storage for livestock, fish farms, and ornamental fish aquariums. Each of these environments shares the same underlying problem, stagnant water inviting the growth chemicals were built to fight. Our approach removes that problem at its source, rather than treating the symptoms after the fact.

There is a clear disconnect between the built environment and the natural world. Often we look for man-made solutions to address man-made problems, if we look hard enough, we can find the solutions within the algorithms of the natural world. These natural solutions are ecologically sound and often come with less waste or harmful by products. Deciphering, understanding and replicating these natural solutions is the trick we seek to uncover.
A New Kind Of Movement
One that doesn't invent solutions to man-made problems, but decodes them. Nature has already spent billions of years refining for efficiency, resilience and balance. Our vision is to keep finding where those solutions are hiding in flow, in frequency. In patterns living systems have quietly perfected and to translate them into technology that makes a credible, measurable difference. Not innovation for its own sake, but discovery applied.
The solution
We have gone some way to achieving this in our unique water treatment research over a number of years. The world is only recently realising the amazing natural properties of the H2O molecule. From a water treatment perspective in the natural world, it is hard to find water born algae or lethal doses of bacteria in running water. These organisms develop when water is stagnant or stored. What if we could replicate the molecular level processes that occur in running water, that eradicates such algae, bacterium and pathogens with bio-mimicry or copy of bio organism processes? Well, at Provectus International we have cracked that puzzle in scientific trials with our academic partners, where data outcomes have validated this discovery, and more, the implications of this are potentially huge.

Major Advance and breakthrough update as of January 2026
Over the course of many years of self-funded research conducted in consultancy with Cambridge and Swansea Universities, including Southampton University Hospital here in the United Kingdom, our team has been investigating the targeted eradication of potentially harmful microorganisms commonly found in water systems, including Escherichia coli (E. coli O157:H7), Legionella bacteria, and Chlorella vulgaris algae. Our research has yielded remarkable results: we have achieved up to 6-log (99.9999%) total eradication of these organisms in a single pass through our novel, proprietary water treatment technology.
Perhaps the most compelling aspect of this work is what distinguishes it from all other existing water treatment methodologies. Our process employs no chemicals, filtration systems, external power sources (other than a water pump), ultrasonics, ionisation or boiling — no artificial means whatsoever. The entire sterilisation process occurs using only the water itself, at ambient room temperature. The foundation of this technology lies in our careful observation, identification, isolation, and replication of naturally occurring processes found in wilderness streams and rivers. By recreating these within stable, controlled environments of biomimicry, we have established that the complex interplay of hydraulics and time-domain wave forms directly impacts these targeted organisms. This major advance now requires the appropriate commercial investment to support continued research and enable market-scale development.

The image below is the Earth. The blue ball is all of the oceans waters and the very small dot you see far right is all of the fresh water we humans have to drink, wash and water our crops with. This is the reality, we need to wake up and develop our technologies with this incredible shrinking water resource.
